Whatever happens with your case, win or lose, we confirm that we will not charge you anything and you will keep 100% of any compensation which we recover for you.

If we win your case, the Defendants have to pay our costs. If we do not win the case, we do not make a charge. The situation really is as simple as that.

We will need you to sign a form which will enable us to recover our costs from the Defendants if we are successful with your claim but we repeat that, whatever happens with the outcome, we will never charge you anything whatsoever in connection with your claim and if we successfully recover compensation on your behalf, you will always keep 100% of the compensation awarded.
